The Ten Commandments of Posting on CHFWeb
Ten rules you must abide by in order to participate on this board with other Christians. (In other words, if you can't be tolerant of others, we won't be tolerant of you posting.)
You must be able to accept those with opposing viewpoints without rebuking them, calling them ungodly, or accusing them of not being serious about following God's Word. You must be able to accept:
1. Those with no hair, short hair, long hair (with or without head-coverings)
2. Those who wear dresses and those who wear pants
3. Those who use a variety of Bible translations
4. Those who practice birth control and those who don't
5. Those who listen to various types of music
6. Those who celebrate holidays and those who don't
7. Those who have home births and those who don't
8. Those who speak in tongues and those who don't
9. Those who watch TV and those who don't
10. Those who advocate courting and those who don't
Due to some recent situations, we have been overwhelmed trying to maintain peace on the board. This is a waste of our time and resources. From now on, we will no longer tolerate this. We will be deleting messages that do not meet the posted guidelines (including the above "10 Commandments") without emailing or issuing warnings. If anyone continues to waste board space by posting constant problem messages, they will no longer be welcome to post on CHFWeb.
At this time, we are not ruling out messages on the above issues, however, in the future, if there continues to be a problem with ungracious attitudes displayed, we may make these topics off-limits for CHFWeb.
