I am looking for a bible curriculum or study for my 11-yo ds who is a fairly new Christian . . . something that does not assume one already knows the bible stories children learn at a young age.

Thank you!

How about just reading the Bible with him, and discussing it? The Greenleaf Guide to OT History is a nice guide that puts the OT in chronological order. Use a comfortable version of the Bible, like the Living Bible translation which is a paraphrase, but very readable. (And the very best translation of the Bible is the one you'll actually read!)

Jen - I do plan on reading the bible with my ds, but wanted to also find some fun, colorful activities to sort of bring it all to life! I'll continue my search!

Thank you.
