Has anyone seen the movie Sherlock Holmes?

You, ladies, you whose gentle hearts do fear the
smallest monstrous mouse that creeps on floor, may
now perchance both quake and tremble here, when
lion rough in wildest rage doth roar. Grr...

Oh... how I love thee, Ringo!

No, at least not yet.

I haven't seen the movie, but I watch the shows on PBS based off the stories. Does that count? I like those a lot. The movie looked interesting, though. Quite interesting.

The movie is really good!! And I've read the books and it seems to me that the Robert Downey Jr. Sherlock Holmes is more like Sherlock Holmes in the book than the TV Sherlock Homlmes is.
And Jude Law was amazing as Watson Smile

But I have watched the show. And I think they are good Smile

I also have a Sherlock Holmes computer game! It's fun but super hard! I've haven't come near to finishing it!

Hm. I think the tv Sherlock is pretty good. I like him. Smile But then again, I haven't seen the movie. Or read the books. Okay, I've read like two, which I don't think is enough info to make a good decision. But now I really want to see the movie! haha I know it's PG-13, but is it a bad PG-13 or a mild one? Do you think an ultraconservative mother would let her daughter watch it? (aka, my mom let me watch it?)

I didn't know there were Sherlock Holmes computer games! That is extremely awesome news. Smile I shall have to research them.

Yeah the computer games are awesome! Just really hard. It's almost like you have to act like Sherlock to solve it....What would Sherlock do is the question I ask myself when playing it haha.

I would have to say it's rated PG-13 mostly for violence. Some parts are scary. If your mom is 'ultraconservative'....I'm not sure she will let you watch it. But in my opinion it wasn't bad at all. I thought it was great. And it's a really funny movie also. And when I watched it, I realized some of the things Sherlock Holmes said in the book....Sherlock Holmes says in the movie. I thought that was really cool.

They are making a Sherlock Holmes 2 and I can't wait to see it!

Are there any "questionable" things in the movie? I know in a trailer I saw there was a lady. And it looked like Sherlock liked her. Confused That is the major thing my mom would be concerned about, I think.

There is a lot of magic stuff in it. That doesn't bother me but some people don't like it. There is quite a bit of violence in it.

Magic stuff? Like, sorcery? Or psychics?

Yeah, when I watched the trailer it looked pretty violent. Lots of explosions and stuff.
